Since establishing his unique boutique style dental practice in the heart of the Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods of Phoenix in 2015, Dr. Jim Kelly has been providing his patients with the ultimate in personalized high quality dental care with his one dentist, one patient approach. Dr. Jim Kelly Dentistry is a solo non-corporate dental practice housed in the elegant, architectural setting of the neo classic Hannay Concord building with its lovely Japanese Koi pond.
Dr. Kelly offers affordable modern dentistry in a tranquil setting for patient’s from the age of 3 to 103.

Dr. Kelly's Journey
Dr. Kelly graduated with honors from the Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, ranking in the top one-third of his class. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and began his dental career practicing alongside Dr. Daniel F. Dunn, DMD in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In 2015, Dr. Kelly relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where he established his own practice, Dr. Jim Kelly Dentistry, PLLC.
As the first member of his family to attend college, Dr. Kelly initially pursued studies at the University of Delaware with ambitions of becoming an oceanographic explorer. He earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Psychology. However, during his freshman year, a life-changing mentorship with Dr. Ignacio Gispert, Sr.—a Cuban dentist who overcame tremendous adversity to rebuild his career in the U.S.—inspired Dr. Kelly to pursue dentistry.
Dr. Gispert’s dedication and resilience deeply influenced Dr. Kelly, who credits him with helping him discover his true calling. This inspiration fueled Dr. Kelly’s commitment to excellence throughout his career.
Dr. Kelly has continuously advanced his skills through lifelong learning and mastery of cutting-edge dental technology. He holds an Associate Fellowship in the use of the Biolase Waterlase iPlus All Tissue laser, enabling him to offer patients “No Shot, No Drill, No Pain Dentistry.” Additionally, he is an Associate Fellow in CEREC technology, allowing him to provide same-day, digitally designed ceramic crowns, bridges, and veneers.
By combining his passion for technology with his dedication to exceptional care, Dr. Kelly has elevated his practice to offer some of the most advanced dental services available in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Dr. Jim Kelly Dentistry is a mercury-free practice providing a full range of modern dental treatments—from Cosmetic Smile Design and full-mouth ceramic crown reconstruction to emergency dental care, including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and fillings.
