With over 17 years of experience in the dental industry, Aurora brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership to her role as Office Manager. Starting her career as a receptionist,
Aurora has grown through every level of dental practice operations, ultimately becoming an
integral part of Dr. James M. Kelly DDS’s team since 2021. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
As a seasoned professional, Aurora oversees daily operations with expertise in team leadership, financial and practice management, scheduling efficiency, and patient relations.
She is known for her calm demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and genuine care for both her team and patients. Her leadership has contributed to a warm, organized, and patient-focused environment that reflects the values of Dr. Kelly’s long-standing practice. Beyond the office, Aurora enjoys spending time with her husband and their three wonderful kids. Whether it's enjoying the beautiful Arizona scenery, taking part in local activities, or hosting gatherings with family and friends, she thrives on creating memories and staying connected with her loved ones.

LeeAnn Mathus, RDH
With over 13 years of experience in the dental field, LeeAnn brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every patient interaction. She has a deep rooted passion for preventative oral care and is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through education, gentle technique, and individualized care.
LeeAnn is also highly skilled in laser dentistry and incorporates this advanced technology to provide more comfortable, effective treatment options for her patients. Her commitment to
staying current with the latest innovations ensures a modern and high quality approach to dental
hygiene.
She believes that great dental health starts with a strong foundation of trust and comfort. Whether she's performing a routine cleaning or discussing personalized home care strategies,
her goal is to always empower patients to take control of their oral health.
LeeAnn is originally from the PNW, so when she's not in the operatory, you'll likely find her
enjoying the AZ sunshine with her four dogs.
Anissa Villalobos
Anissa graduated from Desert Vista High School in 2021, completing the EVIT Dental Assisting program and earning her certification before graduating.
She loves connecting with patients and helping them feel less anxious about their dental visits—she believes a little compassion and comfort can go a long way in making someone's day better.
Outside of the office, Anissa is an adventurer at heart. She loves off-roading in her Tacoma, exploring nature, and creating with her hands—whether it’s sewing, crocheting, making jewelry, or playing one of her guitars or ukulele. At home, she’s happiest with her two dogs and two cats by her side.
Her favorite part of the day? Waking up and wondering what the day will bring.
